I coach women of color to heal beyond their body image

and embrace the skin they’re in so that they can move mindfully, eat intuitively, and feed their soul with authenticity, peace, and joy.

I know it’s possible for you to:

✅ look at yourself in the mirror with gentleness, compassion, and acceptance

✅ lovingly say “yes” or respectfully say “no when people offer you food without guilt

✅ deeply attune your body’s wants, needs, and physical cues

✅ eat when you’re hungry without feeling anxious or like it’s the last meal of your life

✅ discover the movements/exercises that feel aligned to your unique body and energy

✅ ditch diet culture and all the meal plans you’ve tried and commit to a plan that works for you

✅ finally release the pressure to eat or exercise or look a certain way

✅ free up the mental space so that you can focus on your Self and the things in life you truly value

I’m a 2nd-gen Filipina American, born & raised in the Bay Area. After recovering from a binge eating disorder, I discovered my calling and became a Board-Certified Nurse Coach. I help women of color to embrace their whole selves, deeply attune to the wisdom of their bodies, and make empowered choices from a place of authenticity, peace, and joy. I’m also a Registered Nurse, Reiki Practitioner & Registered Yoga Teacher who bridges science with spirituality and guides clients to heal by trusting their own inner knowing and embodying the fullest expression of themselves.

“Now, I feel aligned with my intentions and understand my thoughts and emotions. Being mindful has become second nature. It has helped me so much when navigating through all my struggles and hardships, like binge-eating slipups, catching myself comparing myself to others, and lingering thoughts of insecurity and self-consciousness.”

“I was able to really get to the root of my relationship with my body and food; I never thought about how much culture has played a huge part in this strained relationship, and since this program, I've learned all the tools I need to self-soothe, no matter the situation.”

“My biggest insight from coaching with Alyssa is that I have and always will be more than enough and worthy of happiness and love. I do not need to conform to unrealistic beauty standards that come from my culture and environment because I am beautiful in my own ways.”
